Snakemake and Sun Grid Engine

The pipeline of this project is computationally expensive, and relies on many different hyperparameters or drop-in algorithms. This makes it the perfect candidate for grid-based parallelization, where different hyperparameter-combinations are executed on different cluster nodes.
